What certifications do Jiuding radiators have?+
All Jiuding radiators are CE-certified under EN 442 (EU Construction Products Regulation), with thermal performance validated by BSRIA (UK) for UKCA compliance. We also hold ISO 9001 quality management certification. Every unit is pressure-tested at 1.5× working pressure before shipping.
What is your annual production capacity?+
Our 45,000 m² factory in Tianjin produces over 4 million radiator sections per year across 8 automated production lines, covering 6 product series with 600+ specifications.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?+
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM support including custom sizes, RAL color matching, private-label branding, custom packaging, and product engineering. We currently serve partners in 20+ countries with private-label products.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ varies by product type and customization level. For standard models, MOQ starts from 1 x 20GP container. For custom OEM orders, please contact our sales team for specific requirements.
Which countries do you export to?+
We export to 20+ countries including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, and across Central Asia, the Middle East, and South America. Our products are installed in B&Q China stores and major construction projects.
What product types do you manufacture?+
We manufacture 6 series: steel panel radiators (our main product line), steel column radiators, copper-aluminum composite radiators, steel tube/welded radiators, bathroom heated towel rails, and electric towel rails — totaling 38 categories and 600+ specifications.
What is the typical lead time?+
Standard products: 15–25 days after order confirmation. OEM/custom orders: 30–45 days depending on specifications and quantity. We provide full export documentation, container loading plans, and logistics coordination.
How many patents does Jiuding hold?+
Jiuding holds 42 national patents granted by CNIPA: 2 invention patents, 30 utility model patents, and 10 design patents, covering radiator structures, manufacturing processes, and product designs.
What landmark projects have your radiators been installed in?+
Our radiators have been installed in the Tiananmen and Forbidden City renovation, Beijing Daxing International Airport, the Central Party School of CPC, 2008 Beijing Olympics venues, and many more. We are a strategic partner of Poly Real Estate and distribute through B&Q China (百安居) and Red Star Macalline (红星美凯龙).
